Happy Day Sinophiles! One hundred years ago today, Charlie’s great great great grandfather, Child Emperor Pu Yi, ascended the Chinese throne at age two. He was the very last emperor of China. SO SAD! Apparently, Charlie has a lot of his grandpa in him: according to lore, Puyi threw a hissy fit freakout when the eunuchs picked him up to put him on the throne.
